Most Influential Blogger Award

Ugh! I couldn’t believe that I am slower than a snail for the past 5 (or 6?) months when it comes to passing awards. I missed those times that I almost had all the time in the world to blog. Well, as the saying goes ‘It’s better late than never.’ It is indeed late than never, so I am here to receive and pass the MOST INFLUENTIAL Award from Arl @ Arl’s World. Thank you, Arl. I really appreciate this award. ❤

doncharisma-org-most-influential-blogger-award-womanFor my nominees,

Linda @ La Petite Paniere | Jess @ Cooking is my Sport

Anna @ My Little Blue Mixer | Angie @ The Novice Gardener

CONGRATULATIONS!

Conditions For Accepting The Award

  1. Display the Award on your Blog.
  2. Announce your win with a blog post and thank the Blogger who nominated you.
  3. Present some deserving Bloggers with the Award.
  4. Link your nominees in the post and let them know they are nominated with a comment (or a pingback).
  5. Include an embedded video of your current favorite song (from YouTube etc, just copy and paste the link into your WordPress editor).

And the tricky part is to include a video of your current favorite song. I don’t think I have one at the moment… But I just went through Boyce Avenue’s YouTube channel couple of says back and I kept on watching their version of Mirrors – originally by Justine Timberlake.

I hope you enjoy the video. And again, thank you, Arl.

‘Beautiful Blogger’ Award

The Rules:beautiful_blogger_award

  1. Copy the Beautiful Blogger Award logo.
  2. Thank the person who nominated you and create a link back.
  3. Nominate 7 other bloggers and say a little something about them so that they know why you are giving them this award.

I feel so blessed to have not only friends, but family here at the blogging community. It is so wonderful to meet not only bloggers from WordPress, but from others as well. One of the amazing things that always make me feel loved and appreciated is when someone passes me an award [or awards]. It’s been a long time that I have not done this, and it gives me the *cover-up-the-face* thing. I’ve been really busy (you know that) and I am really grateful for those who still nominated me for various awards – you know who you are. Or maybe you might not even remember as it was eons back. 😛

For this Beautiful Blogger award, I want to thank Lori @ Creating Beauty in the Kitchen and Chef Julianna @ Foodie on Board who nominated me on May 15 and June 11. Ha! See? It was long time. Well, no expiry for passing the award. So here I am… Finally!! Uh, I don’t think they need an introduction. Am I correct? Let me just say… these two wonderful people are both amazing. Hop on to their blog if you have not met them yet.

Moving on to my nominees [which I have written some long time back and just finished the half today]:

Feasting with Friends – Nancy is a beautiful woman inside and out who doesn’t forget to leave encouraging comments. Not only to me, but to every blogging buddy she has on the list.

Sarah’s Little Kitchen – This sweet girl never fails to make me smile, especially when she talks about the caloribombing thing. 😀

Giraffes Can Bake – I don’t know about you, but I always look forward to seeing Michelle’s yummy yummy treats for my sweet tooth. 😛

Kloe’s Kitchen – I just love seeing Kloe’s beautiful smile, and ehem… her recipes, too.

La Petite Paniere  – Linda always introduces me recipes from her wonderful place, Algiers. And I’ve always loved them.

My Tryst with Baking  – I love Radhika’s plating skills and I love how passionate she is.

Paleo with Mrs. P – Still can’t get over Emi’s inspiring story. I have read Paleo stories, but hers really inspired me… wishing that someday, I’ll do Paleo – not because I need to, but because I love to.

Friends,

You are all dear to me – your ‘likes’ and comments are very much appreciated. I could never thank you enough for bearing with me during my busy days. I really wish to be back soon on blogging more often.

I hope everyone is having a good time.

Liebster Award

It feels so nice to be thought of and to be appreciated. I may not have been active to like or comment on your posts, but you never leave my side. I am so grateful to everyone and please bear in mind that you are always thought of and you are so much appreciated. ❤

liebster-award

Awards keep on coming and I feel so happy to receive them. I always copy the link and paste them to my draft document (made especially for this blog) so I would not lose the link and I could pass the award(s) if time cooperates with me. I received the Liebster Award from Shalzz @ Tale of Two Tomatoes (May 17) and from Sarah @ Sarah’s Little Kitchen (June 6). These two lovely people have amazing blogs, so please check them out if you haven’t.

The rules includes giving 11 facts about yourself, but I don’t think I have anything in mind now… so please check this link for a set of seven facts.

Along with the rules, I need to answer 11 questions from Shalzz and Sarah.

Here are my answers to Shalzz’s questions:

  1. Favorite Past time? Cooking, baking, reading, watching movies
  2. How did you start blogging? My friend, Joice @ County Baker Mom convinced me for so many times, but I told her I don’t think I could spend that much of time in blogging. Another very close friend of mine also convinced me. Still, I did not start until I watched the movie Julie & Julia.
  3. Favorite TV Show? I don’t think I have a favorite TV show… I meant there are lots of good shows to choose from and I could not choose one. I have not watched this TV series every time it’s shown, but I watched it by marathon (thru a download). I got hooked and I would say Smallville is my favorite TV show/series up to now.
  4. Opinion about working ladies? *Hands down!*
  5. Party person? During Fiesta Fridays? YES! In real life? A big NO.
  6. Favorite film star and why? In any movie, I like Nicholas Cage. I also like Vin Diesel, Robert Downy (Ahhh!! I love Iron Man so much!), Bruce Willis…
  7. If you get power for a day what change will you bring in to the country? Anti-corruption.
  8. A boy or girl – whom do you prefer? Girl.
  9. Views on Indian Media? I don’t think I have an idea on this.
  10. Book that you read recently? Wings Series by Aprilynne Pike
  11. Love or arranged marriage? I have witnessed so much arranged marriage and most of them did not work. So I prefer LOVE. If arranged, what if the guy is a killer? Or a violent person? Or a ghost? Okay, my imagination is running again!

And to answer Sarah’s questions:

  1. What’s your favourite Disney character and why? Cinderella. I love her strength and her sense of humor. She’s just beautiful at heart.
  2. What is your biggest dream? (It can be surreal) I’d love to see my Mom once again and cook together.
  3. What is your guilty pleasure? Mmm, that could be eating a LOT. And I meant A LOT. Once, a new friend came with an old friend by my invitation. The new friend told the old friend ‘Can you please tell Jhuls to stop eating, I don’t think she could handle it anymore.’ I just looked at them, smiled and continue with my eating. After some time of eating with us, she has adjusted with my eating habits. 😀
  4. If you could do your life all over again, would you do it differently? I don’t think so… I am happy with what I have or where I am now so nothing will change. I may have lost many loved ones along the way, but that’s life.
  5. What was the subject you hated most in highschool? History. I hated History from the start.
  6. Cats/dogs/magical creatures? I love cats. Magical creatures? I love Unicorns.
  7. Favourite sport? (To play or just to watch) To play? Badminton. To watch? Baseball.
  8. Favourite actor/actress. I like Nicholas Cage, Vin Diesel, Iron Man (that’s Robert Downy), Bruce Willis. Actress? I love Angelina Jolie.
  9. If you would die tomorrow, what would you do today? I’d spend the day with my loved ones.
  10. 3 words that describe you? Indecisive. Appreciative. Expressive.
  11. Favourite holiday spot? Anything beach side.

Thank you, Shalzz and Sarah! I did enjoy answering your questions. Again, thank you for thinking of me. ❤

Now, I bring you my nominees – CONGRATULATIONS!!

Quintet Of Radiance Award

I was really surprised when I received this Quintet of Radiance Award from Mrs. Choux on May 8. This award includes The Versatile Blogger Award, Sunshine Award, Most Influential Blogger Award, Inner Peace Award and Awesome Blog Content Award.

Award

So how would you expect me to react? 😀 Receiving one award is super cool, how about five? I felt like I just won an Oscar award. Best actress, maybe? Nah! Best eater? Mmm, possible. 😀

I am so grateful to Mrs. Choux for passing these wonderful awards to me – I could not even think how come I deserve all of these. Thank you! Thank you, Mrs. Choux. Now, if you still don’t know Mrs. Choux, better to hop on her blog and check it out. 😉

The rules include to describe yourself using the first letter of the Alphabet, but I don’t think I could post this if I’d completely follow the rules (sorry for being naughty this time) so I decided to write anything that has something to with me (Yeah! Who else?) 😀

Here we go…

A – Art of the Devil. The Art of the Devil is a 2004 Thai horror movie and one of my favorite horror movies. Just thinking about the movie makes me wanna cover my eyes again.

B – Books. So you know by now that I LOVE LOVE books.

C – Civil Engineering was the first course I’d like to take when I was in College, but when I saw some of my friends enrolling for Business Administration, I instantly left the CE building and enrolled myself in BA.

D – Durian. I really didn’t like eating this ‘smelly’ fruit. I love the Durian shakes or any Durian candies/sweets, but please, don’t let me eat the fruit. For those who have no idea about it, this fruit can be found in the Philippines (and other Asian countries or Asian section of the local grocery stores for non-Asian countries, if I am not mistaken)

E – Expressive. I am a very expressive person. So when I am mad or have the attitude of ‘I don’t feel like talking to you’, I will never look at your eyes. But, I am trying to avoid that for some time now as I don’t want to offend anybody.

F – Flowers. Or chocolate? FLOWERS!

G – Green Tea. I try to drink green tea at least thrice a day.

H – Hong Kong Disneyland. I’d really love love to go to HK Disneyland, but time still doesn’t allow me. Someday.

I – Ice cream. When I’m sad, give me an ice cream and you will finally see me smile.

J – Joy. I do my best to give joy to everyone.

K –  Kitchen. My second bedroom. 😀

L – Libra. Libra is my Zodiac Sign.

M – Mocha. I love anything Mocha.

N – Nuts. I love nuts – peanuts, most especially. Cashews. Almonds. Hazelnut.

O – Open-minded. So yeah! I think I am an open-minded person.

P – Percy Jackson. When I am tired and want to watch a movie, I’d always choose the Percy Jackson series. I just watched it again last weekend and I don’t know how many times I watched it.

Q – Question. I am a person who seems to question everything I see (or I hear), but I don’t usually burst them out.  Most of the time, they are non-sense questions.

R – Respect. If I could have the power to give this thing to everyone, I would.

S – Saw. I have seen all the ‘Saw’ movies from part one up to seven (except for the 3D). If I see them on TV showing again, I still watch them.

T – The Blood of Olympus. This is the final book from the ‘Heroes of Olympus’ series by Risk Riordan and I am so excited to have it.

U – Universal Studios. I was so happy when I finally saw the beautiful Universal Studios in Singapore, and I’d like to go back for more.

V – Vampires. I just saw the movie Vampire Academy and I love it. Need to read the book/series.

W – Wonder. The title of the new book I bought is Wonder by RJ Palacio.

X – Xydnee. My first cat was named Xydnee.

Y – Yeast. Maybe we could be good friends (or even best of friends) if we keep the communication open.

Z – Zombie. I really don’t enjoy watching movies with Zombies on it. I did not even dare to watch the trailer of World War Z as I know that there are zombies on the movie. When my friend told me to watch it, I told why I won’t watch it. She said that I would love it, and yeah, I liked it.

It is so difficult to choose among hundreds of amazing blogs. I appreciate all of you!!

The Versatile Blogger Award

After a long day at work, reading notifications from Instagram and WordPress always makes me feel better. I may not be able to reply everyone immediately, but please be ensured that I always read your message. I can’t thank everyone enough for the never ending support and love.

Thank you for always being so thoughtful to nominate me for various awards even though you know that it’s impossible for me to pass them quickly.

versitle-blogger (1)

Today is a lucky day as I am able to pass this ‘Versatile Award’ I received from Shatarup @Calorielicious (on May 11) and Upasna @Life on my Plate  (on May 17). I am so grateful to these two lovely bloggers for passing the award to me and for thinking that I deserve to awarded.

Moving on with the award, I give you another set of seven random facts about me:

  1. I am very bad at proofreading. I do my best to check for any missing words (for how many times) before I click publish, but I always see mistakes when it’s already published.
  2. English was my favorite subject when I was in school. Although my grammar is not that good, I LOVE LOVE to write. 😀
  3. I am the eldest – I have four sisters and three brothers. Big family, huh?
  4. I have a pillow named ‘Aury’ – that’s a shortcut for Aurora from Sleeping Beauty.
  5. Aside from Aury, I have ‘Dora the Explorer’ pillow and I always hug it when I go to bed. But when it’s hot, I throw Dora over my head. (Ooopps! Sorry, Dora!)
  6. When I do some errands, I always try to manage my time. Let’s say from 9AM to 11AM: clean the room; 11 AM to 12 NOON: do the laundry; 12 NOON – 1:30 PM take a shower and eat lunch. Then after taking the lunch, it’s up to me if I’ll proceed with some more or let myself rest for a while. Most definitely, I will be up with something by 4 PM.
  7. Since February, I have not spent one whole day without running some errands during weekends. Meaning, I haven’t had my ‘ME TIME’ for months. And with loads of work for the past months, I BADLY need at least one whole day without anything to do – I need to have my ‘lazy day’. (Oh, lazy days… I’ve missed you so!)

I hope I did not bore you with those. 😀

And for the nominees, it’s my pleasure to pass the ‘Versatile Award’ to these wonderful bloggers. CONGRATULATIONS!

Dragon’s Loyalty Award #6

Not so long ago, two lovely ladies nominated for the Dragon’s Loyalty Award – Nancy @ Feasting with Friends nominated me on April 16 and Lori @ Creating Beauty in the Kitchen on April 24. And  on May 11, Micaela @ Easy Italian Cuisine passed the same award to me. 😀 😀

Before I thank three of you, I want to apologize for my delayed post for the award. You know, some things (no, not me) are going crazy lately. So it took a little while. It’s fine, right? 😀

So fun to receive one award from three lovely people. I must have really that ‘loyal’, huh? A proof maybe that I love chatting? What do you think?

I am so grateful to be nominated for this award. I can’t figure out the right words to say to show you how grateful I am. A VERY HUGE THANK YOU to the three of you!

giphy

I am really honored! *hugs to you* (If you still have not check their blogs out, please do! I tell you, you’d love how creative they are!)

Okay, one of the reasons (aside from me being so busy at work) why this post is late is that I can’t seem to think seven facts about me. It’s kind of difficult, isn’t it? 😐 Lucky for those who can think of seven facts immediately. (I’m jelous!)

…and finally, the seven facts:

1) I love large bags (12” x 10” still seems small) to put my garbage necessary things that I needed when going out. You know – tissue, small hand sanitizer, cologne/perfume, wallet, bottled water, small lotion, etc. I use bags with zipper, but I leave it open most of the times to easily take what I want.

2) I love listening to ‘cover songs’. Well, originals are good. But there are times that I always look for something – like a different version, so I keep on searching and searching for cover songs of the songs I like on YouTube. One of the recent songs I love is this version of Iris (originally by GooGoo Dolls):

3) So I have mentioned before that I always keep bottled water beside my bed… I also keep rubbing alcohol beside my bed, along with the water. It’s good that I have not accidentally drunk the rubbing alcohol instead of the water. 😀

4) When I have different scents of body spray/cologne from the same brand, this what happens:

B&BW2
Sorry for the not so good quality of this photo.

The same thing with body wash and lotion. 😀

B&BW

5) I always use loose blouses and jeans (or skirts) when going out. Makes me feel more comfortable. And I don’t really like wearing any kind of shoes (except at work). I love flip flops.

6) I drink fresh ginger tea two times a day – it helps me with my migraine problems. Thank you to the wonderful person who makes my ginger tea because I am so lazy to grate the ginger. (So precious to have her!)

7) I love the combination of sweet and salty… that’s why I love cream cheese and Nutella on one bread or fried chicken and strawberry jam together. 😀

And here are my nominees:

(CONGRATULATIONS! Thank you so much for taking time to visit my blog and leaving wonderful/encouraging comments. I really appreciate the love.)

Sunshine Award #4

This is yet another happy post as I will be passing Sunshine Award…

images

I was so thrilled to have nominated for the Sunshine Award on April 9th by Janine of The Quiet Baker. Janine shares such an amazing amazing recipes and she has awesome photos, too. If you have not met her yet, it’s time to shake hands with her. 😉 Thank you, Janine, for thinking of me when you passed this award.

The award came with questions that I need to answer and here they are:

  1. What is your dream job? When I started to have so much passion in cooking and baking, I’ve always love to work with a chef. 🙂
  2. What is your favorite dish to make? Filipino Spaghetti and Chicken Curry.
  3. What was one of your 2014 resolutions? Ha! Honesty I stopped making new years resolution because I can’t make them happen. But for 2014, I had one – to continue eating ‘healthy’ foods. Thankfully, I am still eating ‘healthy’ foods, so as unhealthy ones. 😀
  4. If you could live anywhere in the world for a year, where would you go and why? Mmm, Italy? I would love to try every food they have back there.
  5. List 5 facts that many people don’t know about you. Whoa! Another five facts? Give me a minute (or two, or three)… I’ll just dig in some answers! Okay, here’s what I got: a) I cannot grow a plant (so unlucky me); b) Eggs are very essential for me in the kitchen. I make sure to have two big trays (60 eggs); c) I consume 5-6 cups of green tea everyday; d) I have not eaten Guacamole in my entire life, haha! (I promise I will try); e) I eat chocolate everyday! It’s a must!
  6. What is your favorite cuisine? Aside from Filipino, I love Chinese cuisine. I also LOVE LOVE pasta, so I would say Italian, too.
  7. What do you enjoy most about blogging? I super enjoy chatting with people. 😀
  8. How do you cope with stress? Hmm, how do I? I shout, I throw things! Just kidding! 😀 I would say cooking and baking – they make me forget the rest of the world. Music helps me a lot, too!
  9. If you could have a coffee date with any celebrity chef, who would it be? I love to have a coffee date with Laura Vitale!! She’s amazing! I love watching her YouTube videos just before I go to sleep. That’s kind of a routine for me.
  10. If you could eat any food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, what would it be? You know what? I always ask this to myself. 😀 Well, the answer is sunny-side up eggs! With rice? Yes, please! With bread? Uh, okay! As long as sunny-side up is shining on my plate. 😉

The most beautiful part is getting to nominate others… CONGRATULATIONS to the following beautiful blogs:

  1. Gluten Free Bakes – Hmm, gluten free recipes? What could be better than that? 🙂
  2. Kitchen Feasts – Vanessa is an artist and has a passion for creativity, color and taste… and food has always been a huge focus in her life.
  3. Feasting with Friends – Nancy is such a lovely person. I appreciate her sharing lovely recipes and stories. I have to make her Funnel Cake soon. She was right that I am another deprived child to have not tried it yet. 😛
  4. Officially Gluten Free – Lyndsay had developed gluten intolerance and that led her to discover that gluten-free recipes are also enjoyable and delicious.
  5. Strictly Delicious – I have known Lina from Fiesta Friday and I really enjoyed chatting with her in an instant. She’s so fun to chat with and she loves bringing the pan with your baked goodies instead of taking a slice or two. 😀

The rules:

  1. Thank the person who nominated me
  2. Answer questions given to be by the person who nominated me
  3. Nominate 5-10 people for the award
  4. Ask about 10-11 questions the nominees have to answer*
  5. Comment on the nominee’s blog to let them know they received the award.

* For the questions, I will be asking the same question as the above as I also wanted to know the same thing. 😀

Thanks again, Janine. And for the nominees, hope you enjoy your award! ❤

One Lovely Blog Award #1

Receiving an award has never been so exciting especially when you receive an award for the first time. I was overjoyed when the funny and lovely Lori of Creating Beauty in the Kitchen nominated me on April 12 for ‘One Lovely Blog Award’. Thank you so much, Lori, for thinking that my blog is lovely. Isn’t that the meaning of this award? 😀 Anyway, Lori is such a sweetheart. It’s so much fun chatting with her. I really enjoy talking to her. She is a beauty inside and out. ❤

one_lovely_blog_award

Moving on with the rules, I have to share another seven facts about me. Is it possible to run out of facts about yourself? Or you just don’t notice that there are so many things about you that you don’t quite see? I told Lori that when I do remember some funny stuff about me, I will immediately pass this award. So here they are:

  1. If you can remember about me my love for smelling marshmallows, well, not only marshmallows. When I want to eat pancakes, for example, but I cannot make them due to some nonsense reasons, I go to the pantry and smell pancake syrup. Another thing, if I cook something and I am off limits from that food for the day, I smell it a million few times. 😀
  2. I love staring at the beautiful moon. When I am already in bed and about to sleep and I see the moon outside the window, I get up and open the curtain just to see the moon and stare for a minute or so.
  3.  I can iron clothes for hours and I love doing it in a standing position. Don’t ask – I just love doing it. Tiring, I know!
  4. When I am at home and really starving, all I want to eat is sunny side up… that’s with runny yolk and crisp edges.
  5. Grating cheese is not really a favorite of mine. For me, it’s a boring thing to do. So is frying! 😛
  6. I have mentioned before that I like the combination of Nutella and cream cheese and some thought it was weird. Well, I have another one – recently, I just discovered that I love fried chicken dipped into strawberry jam. 😀
  7. When my favorite movie is coming out in the big screen, I use to separate cash for it to make sure that I will never use that for something else. No saved cash, no movie! That’s a lot of crying for me!

And the best thing about awards, passing them to others – CONGRATULATIONS!!!

  1. Shivaay Delights – Well, if you don’t Dimple, then you have lost something precious! She is such a lovely and happy woman. She shares not only her recipes, but also her smile to us.
  2. Fae’s Twist and Tango – Ahh! I missed this woman so much! Fae is such a talented and adorable person. She lifts up your spirit through her encouragement and very inspiring comments.
  3. Butter Basil and Breadcrumbs – I love how Prudy makes me smile through the stories behind her recipes. I always enjoy them.
  4. Patty Nguyen – Bailey… Oppps! I mean Patty has beyond amazing recipes and photos. When she smiles, she smiles also through her eyes. I also look forward to seeing Bailey on her posts. 😀
  5. Food Bod – Another lovely person – Elaine. She always reminds me to put a smile on my face. She’s a lovely person and she shares amazing healthy recipes. I think I should ask her to teach me how to eat healthy!
  6. The Novice Gardener – Don’t tell me you don’t know the Angie – the awesome host of Fiesta Friday. Angie has always been so kind and welcoming to those who join the Fiesta. She shares amazing stories and recipes… and beautiful photos. Haven’t been to the Fiesta? Well, join us during Fridays! It’s so much fun!
  7. Biscuits n Crazy – Jessica has such a lovely blog. She has so many amazing recipes that I want to try. Her recipes always make my mouth water. 😛

Thanks again, Lori… and CONGRATULATIONS to the nominees! ❤

The rules for the award:

  1. Add the “One Lovely Blog Award” image to your post
  2. Share seven things about you.
  3. Pass the award on to seven nominees.
  4. Thank the person who nominated you.
  5. Inform the nominees by posting on their blogs.

Liebster Award #6

It was my Mom’s birthday and I was sure I was going to curl up in bed and do nothing if I have not went out. Thankfully, I found something to buy that made me smile and forget the ‘depression’ I felt. When I arrived home, I was grateful that I was so tired to think of something else. After doing the ‘before-going-to-bed’ routine, I went to check WordPress notifications and I was delighted to have been nominated again for the Liebster Award by Beauty and the Butcher. Her blog talks about life, food, fashion, crafts and all things mid century. Whew! Those were a lot to talk about. Anyway, I adore her. 😉 She’s so cute! Just look at these photos. 😀 Thank you so much for thinking of me. Hugs to you… ❤

The award came with questions and I must say that I really thought of my answers. 🙂 Here they go:

  1. How do you spell the color of an elephant and why? Uhm, do we get grades on this? 😀 I sometimes spell it ‘gray’ or ‘grey’. But most of the time, I use ‘gray’ because when I was in grade school the spelling on my crayon is ‘gray’.  So I get used to ‘gray’ until I found out that it also could be spelled as ‘grey’.
  2. Do you have an innie or an outie? (This may seem a little personal but it’s always been something that sort of fascinated me…) This question made me laugh. 😀 I think it’s a little personal but I’ll answer it anyway – innie. 😉
  3. What was your favorite childhood book? I was not much of a reader when I was a child. So I guess I would say my English books in school. 😀
  4. If you could have dinner right now with anyone dead or alive, who would it be? I would say my Mom. She passed away three years ago and I just missed her so much. 😦
  5. What’s your position on cilantro? It’s really a love or hate type of herb… Hmmm, I think Cilantro has a stronger smell than Parsley and I don’t really hate it… but if I could replace Cilantro with other herbs with lighter smell, I would.
  6. What movie or show can you pretty much quote every single line from? I keep on watching Percy Jackson (Lightning Thief and Sea of Monsters) so I would say I could remember lines from those movies and I sometimes say the same lines with the cast. 😀

(I would just like to say at this point that I am running out of questions and am really mad for not writing this earlier when I had some REALLY good questions in my brain)

  1. What is your favorite breakfast cereal? Koko Krunch.
  2. Why are yawns contagious? Seriously, someone please tell me. Whoa! Yawns are really contagious… I just yawned. 😀 I think I am not that person who can tell you the answer. Sorry! 😦
  3. What is your hidden talent, like if you had to perform on “America’s Got Talent”, what would you do? Mmm, if the judges don’t mind me sewing (simple stuffs without sewing machine) for the whole day, I would go with it. Otherwise, I don’t have any ‘hidden’ talents. 😛
  4. What motivates you? Tough! I would go with ‘results’. For example, I am so lazy to do exercises or tempted to eat fast-foods for days or weeks… I’d think of the results of doing the exercise or resisting eating fast foods. Like, what could I get when I exercise everyday or at least 4 x a week? What do I get from resisting fast foods and eating veggies and fruits? Yeah, things like that make me motivated to continue what I am doing.
  5. If you could choose, would you have curly or straight hair? I love and embrace my curls but am always curious about others… I always love to have curly hair. I have long straight (but wavy) hair.

And the best part is having the chance to pass this award to others. CONGRATULATIONS!!! These blogs are my new found friends and if you have not checked their blog, go and check them now! 😀

Before I end this post, I would have to mention that Lori of Creating Beauty in the Kitchen inspired me to add some kind of ‘introduction’ along with my nominees. Thank you, Lori. You really had a lovely idea. ❤

Again, thank you Beauty  for nominating me.  (I’d love to call you that, but am I correct that your name is Lori, too? Uh, that’s what I read in one of the comments.) You really made my day! 😉

Stay safe, my dear friends! ❤
